1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mindmap.harshaliacademy.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Harshali Academy provides AI-generated daily UPSC current affairs mind maps, MCQ practice sets, and educational content in 8 Indian languages. A free tier offers limited daily access; a paid subscription unlocks full features including PDF export, MCQs, complete archive access, and ad-free experience.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are processed via Razorpay and are auto-renewing unless cancelled. • Individual Plan: single-device access for one user. • Family Plan: up to 4 devices for the same household. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. • No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods, except as required by Indian Consumer Protection law. • To cancel, contact us at contact@harshaliacademy.in at least 3 days before your next billing date.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found sharing access or circumventing the paywall.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial UPSC examination preparation. You must not: • Copy, redistribute, or republish our content without written permission • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service • Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls • Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Indian law

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including mind maps, MCQs, text, graphics, and AI-generated outputs — is owned by Harshali Academy and protected under the Copyright Act 1957 (India). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal study only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific examination. Educational content is for practice purposes only and does not constitute official UPSC guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harshali Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you via email for material changes.
