Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Harshali Academy Premium subscription at any time by:
• Logging into your account at mindmap.harshaliacademy.in/my-account and using the cancellation option, or
• Emailing us at contact@harshaliacademy.in with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"
• Contacting Razorpay customer support directly
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have Premium access until the period expires. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial for new Individual Plan subscribers. No payment is charged during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends without any charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
3. Refund Policy
Harshali Academy is a digital subscription service. Due to the nature of digital content:
• No refunds are issued for subscription fees already charged, except as stated below.
• If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, technical error), contact us within 7 days at contact@harshaliacademy.in for a full refund.
• If the Service was completely unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected days.
• Partial-month refunds are not issued for voluntary cancellations.
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@harshaliacademy.in with:
• Subject: "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
• Your registered email address
• Date of charge
• Reason for refund request
• Transaction ID (available in your Razorpay payment confirmation email)
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Subscription Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6. Chargebacks
We take fraud seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account will be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us directly — we resolve legitimate disputes quickly and fairly.
